Hungarian Wins Photo Contest In China

Népszabadság photographer Simon Móricz-Sabján has won first prize at the China International Press Photo contest. His series, entitled ‘Sárvidék’, was found to be the best in the Daily Life Stories category. Nearly 70 photographers from 70 countries were represented in the contest.
The first-prize winning series presents the everyday life of families living near dirt roads in Csongrád county.
