In the usual spirit of eclecticism at VOLT, new international stars have now confirmed they're coming to Sopron. Along with already announced names - Motörhead, John Newman, Rise Against and Parov Stelar - David Guetta, Slash, Bastille, Fatboy Slim, Wilkinson, Ignite and the Nouvelle Vague will all play too.

From this year one of the most popular music events of Hungary is more closely linked to the main sponsor, thanks to that the festival's new official name is Telekom VOLT Festival.

"Since the beginning, we want the VOLT Festival programs to be the as colorful as possible" - emphasized Zoltán Fülöp festival director. "This is supported by the announced the names: these stars without exception represent different genres. It’s really an eclectic line up: the DJ who has been listed for years among the world's bests, a rock legend and current favorites are also included in the list. "- said the organizer.

The world's most famous, today's most popular DJ and producer David Guetta will fill up Volt’s this year enlarged Main Stage area, whose songs are only unknown to the ones who spent the past decade on the moon.

Bastille is arriving to Volt from the top charts with engaging and intelligent indie- and synthpop songs. The young British band giving one of the best concerts at last year’s Sziget Festival. This time they show in Sopron why he millions of youngsters loves them around the world.
