It’s clear that maintaining the deluxe stock of Luxury Vintage Budapest requires a knowledge of fashion trends and top brands with an impeccable sense of style, and the two charming owners of the boutique clearly possess these aesthetic attributes.

The ladies are at home among stilettos, sparkling stones, and make-up brushes, with fashion playing a central role in their lives: they move in circles where evening dresses, stunning jewelery, fancy clutches, and heavenly high heels are essential pieces. Their wardrobes hold some dresses worn only once, or still waiting for the right occasion. Many of their friends have found themselves in the same predicament, and during their travels they’ve also met many ladies who wanted to part with some of their finest pieces, but could not find a forum for selling them.

They dared to dream big, and decided to open the first luxury secondhand boutique in Budapest (hopefully followed by others elsewhere in the world) to showcase such select pre-owned pieces. They keep Italian, French, American, and even Hungarian haute couture, including brands like Moschino, Moncler, Chanel, Furla, Tory Burch, Tom Ford, and Marc Jacobs. Their range of Hungarian designers include Napsvgar and Ruszkai Jewellery.

The goal of Luxury Vintage is to become a hub for women with shared appreciation for high fashion, who want to get hold of top designer clothing and accessories at a reasonable price – and with the shop’s central location near Pest’s Danube Promenade and just a short stroll away from Vörösmarty Square, Váci Street, and Fashion Street, this could quickly become a primary destination for style mavens in the Magyar metropolis.
