Bocuse d’Or Hungary Commis Contest, 18 October

The aim of the competition – to be held on Sunday 18th October - is to find the most talented young cooks, who might have the chance to help chefs competing at the Bocuse d’Or Hungary competition’s final. The 20-22 years old applicants should be able to demonstrate several competences, inc English language knowledge.
The event will take place at METRO GastroAcademy, where the participants should succeed in two different challenges: one where the meal should be prepared according to a given theme and ingredients, and one when the ingredients will be revealed only on the spot. The young contestants will come from restaurants in Budapest, and from the countryside.
