'Home Guards', In English @ Atrium, 1 May
The cine-projector rolls, with a fresh Hungarian movie inside: Home Guards (Veszettek). Since its opening, Atrium Film&Theatre (honouring the traditions of the previous Atrium and 1 May Cinema) has been showing contemporary movies.

In 2016 we are regularly choosing films we find important to get to audiences, maybe even movies that cannot be seen anywhere else in the city anymore. In February Home Guards will be on show three times at 800HUF ticket prices.
As the first part of our series, Home Guards, the Hungarian film drama tells the story of a pair of brothers that live in a difficult financial situation, and who, at the influence of a charismatic leader join a law enforcement organisation to step up against the ever-growing threat of criminal activity in their city.
