Govt Sets Up New European Diplomatic Posts To Handle Brexit, Migration
The Hungarian government has set up new diplomatic posts to handle tasks in connection with Britain’s exit from the European Union as well as migration and asylum-related tasks, government resolutions published in the latest issue of the official gazette Magyar Közlöny show.

Under the resolution concerning Hungary’s diplomatic duties in connection with Brexit and EU relations, Hungary will assign an additional diplomat to its permanent EU representation from January who will be tasked with carrying out these duties.

The resolution concerning diplomatic tasks in connection with migration and asylum affairs shows that the government has assigned a diplomat to its permanent EU representation to handle migration and asylumrelated tasks ef fective Nov. 1.
