Hungary Regulates E-Cigarettes & Drones, Bans More Psychoactive Drugs
The list of banned psychoactive drugs has been expanded with a 13 new items. Electronic cigarettes were grouped under ordinary cigarette regulations. As a result only licensed tobacco shops, the so-called kiosks, may sell them in the future. The law on air traffic was also modified authorising the police to levy fines for the illegal use of drones.

Present distributors may continue to sell these products if legal measures are adopted that permit it in future, on condition that they comply with special regulations.

Also, Hungary’s chief medical officer can now issue special measures across the country in order to reduce the risk of epidemics.
