Hungary Counter-Terrorism TEK Force In Charge Of Security For Putin Visit
Hungary’s counter-terrorism force TEK will provide security for Russian President Vladimir Putin and top members of his delegation during his official visit to Budapest, the force said on Tuesday.

The TEK will be in charge of performing personal protection tasks during the visit, which includes programmes in which the Russian foreign and health ministers will take part on Wednesday and those that the Russian president and his delegation will attend on Thursday.

TEK has implemented protection measures affecting facilities and public routes in the capital, it said.

TEK said demonstrations will not be banned but police will implement several measures to provide for the security of the internationally protected persons and secure their travel routes.
