Number Of Last Week’s Flu Patients Highest In Ten Years

More than a hundred thousand Hungarians went to their doctors with flu-like symptoms in the past one week and this is the highest number registered over the past ten years. The increase in new patient numbers was 50 percent compared to the previous week, the national epidemiology centre (OEK) said on Wednesday.
Several hospitals around the country have introduced a partial or full ban on visitors as you can see on the picture.
The epidemic started four weeks ago.
