The Irish-Hungarian Business Circle cordially invite you to attend the annual St Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, 19th March 2017. The gathering will take place in Szabadság tér once again. Join 1000’s of local families, friends and tourists and be Green for a day and take to the streets of Budapest to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.
On St Patrick’s Day it is customary to wear shamrocks and/or green clothing or accessories (the “wearing of the green”). St Patrick is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish.
The Parade ends where the party begins – Instant.
