A hazelnut-flavored fantasy called Balatoni Habos Mogyoró (Frothy Hazelnut cake from Balaton) was created by downtown’s Sugar! Design Confectionery and the won this year’s national cake title, while in the sugar-free category, Zazzi’s raspberry-infused “Pöttyös Panni” dessert made to the top.
The selected cakes are available for tasting from 19 August at several confectioneries.
