Zagreb Court Turns To CJEU Over MOL
The Zagreb County Court has turned to the European Court of Justice about whether Hungary, Austria, Germany and other EU member states that failed to enforce the European arrest warrant issued by Croatian authorities against MOL’s chairman and CEO Zsolt Hernádi violated EU law, Magyar Nemzet reports.

The five questions of the Zagreb Court have been published in the official gazette of the EU.

Responses to the questions may take 14-16 months, Népszava adds.

The Croatian anti-corruption prosecutors’ office Uskok twice requested the arrest and extradition of Hernádi.
