Red Ball English Theater In Budapest, 15 September
From the organisers: You may know improv from TV comedies such as "Whose Line is it Anyway" in the UK/US or "Beugró" in Hungary but you've never seen improv like this. Red Ball Theater is Budapest's new and rapidly growing English-language improv theater, specializing in long-form improvisation: one connected play over the course of 30-40 minutes.

Improvisation is completely made up theater. If you see a scripted play or go to the Ballet, the performers have practiced for months to get every move perfect in order to present to you. In improvised theater, the art unfolds in real-time and we are just as surprised at what happens as you are. Improv is messy, it's imperfect, it's human.

Red Ball Theater brings New York style theater to the Hungarian capital with performances and classes for complete beginners.

See the season premiere Friday 15 September  and jump in to classes beginning Tuesday 19 September.

The offerings at Red Ball are ever-growing, including comedy open-mics, public speaking courses and social anxiety bootcamps. All the more reason to join the mail-list  to stay up-to-date with Budapest's hottest creative scene.
