In addition to singing his own favourite Christmas songs, this performer popular both in Hungary and beyond will be presenting some of his own hits, all in the name of creating the right atmosphere for the approaching holidays.
With his name already firmly inscribed in the Hungarian pop music and jazz scenes, Takács was only 19 years old when he first got the chance to take the stage with Hungary's most outstanding jazz artists, including the world-famous Vilmos Jávori and Gyula Babos.
Since bursting on the national scene seven years ago, he has probably visited every corner of the country. His packed concerts, international appearances and radio hits attest to the fact that he has found his own stylistic character and his own audience.
His Advent tours now count as a concept in their own right: children, parents and grandparents all have a fine time, as Takács has found the path to everyone's heart with familiar tunes and his easy and informal style.
As he sings in one of his Christmas songs: "It feels good to make others happy - That's what life is all about... That's the source of happiness!”
