Paks Turbine Shuts Down; Safety Not Compromised
The capacity of a block at the Paks nuclear power plant was halved after one of its turbines stopped just before noon on Wednesday, MVM Paksi Atomerőmű said.

The events had no impact on nuclear safety, the company said. There are four blocks at the plant, each with a nominal capacity of 500MW.
