Actors Give Away Books On Budapest Metro
Actors from the Vígszínház Theatre surprised people riding the metro to school or work Monday morning by giving away books.

Miklós H. Vecsei, who plays the underdog Nemecsek in a stage production of Ferenc Molnár’s novel The Paul Street Boys and Attila Csapór, who plays the traitor in the story, gave away pocket-sized copies of novels to encourage people to read rather than focus on their smartphones while travelling.

A series of pocket-sized books of works by classic authors of Hungarian and world literature have been installed in automats in several locations in Budapest.
