Hungarian Player Gera To Be Football Ambassador For Euro 2020
Zoltán Gera, who has played 97 times in international football matches for Hungary, will be the ambassador of the Budapest location of the 2020 European Football Championships.

Budapest will be one of 12 cities across the continent to host matches.

Asked what his task will be as an ambassador, Gera said “primarily what I am now doing: I smile, dress neatly and promote the European Championships”.

Budapest will host three group stage contests followed by one knockout match in the round of 16.

If the Hungarian national team qualifies for the tournament, it will play two group stage matches in the new Puskás stadium now under construction.
