Man Driven Around For 5 Hours After Heart Operation In Budapest
A man with heart disease who had just undergone an operation was driven around in a car for five hours, one of the man’s relatives reported on a Facebook page.

The man’s surgery was performed in Budapest but he was transferred to Balatonfüred (130 km away) due to lack of space in the hospital.

The patient transport vehicle picked him up at 11 a.m. and drove around Budapest for nearly three hours collecting more patients before departing for Balatonfüred.

The vehicle had neither air-conditioning nor space for luggage, so the patients’ bags were stored at their feet.

The man with heart disease fell ill during the trip but the driver was unable to help him.

He received medical attention only after arriving in Balatonfüred.
