Indotek Renews Malls In Debrecen, Szeged
Indotek Group is renewing its shopping malls in Debrecen and Szeged, Portfolio learned on Wednesday.

The modernisation of the 20,000m2 Debrecen Plaza, which currently contains 51 stores, will begin with the renewal of its interior and underground garage. The mall’s food court will also be expanded. Indotek is spending some Ft 1 billion on the project.

Work on the Szeged Plaza, which hosts 61 shops, is set to start in August. The renewal of the 18,000m2 mall will cost Indotek some Ft 1 billion.

Shops in both of the malls will remain open throughout the modernisation process.
