iBanFirst Online Platform Supporting Payments by SMEs Obtains Licence in Hungary
The affiliate of global financial company iBanFirst, operator of an online platform supporting payments by SMEs, has obtained an operating licence in Hungary, the financial authority MNB announced.

From now on, iBanFirst will provide local support for its Hungarian business customers, offering transactions in more than 30 currencies, as well as currency risk management.

The affiliate aims to be working with 600 clients by the end of the year.

iBanFirst has been working with Hungarian companies for five years; it is one of the most dynamically developing markets, "a real success story in the region”, according to founder and CEO Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier.

Hungarian clients completed more than 30,000 international transfers in 2022, to a total of 69 countries.

Founded in 2016, iBanFirst employs more than 350 workers in ten European countries, and handles transactions worth €1.5 billion per month.
