BudaPart Development: New Hotel with Skybar Eyes Business Travellers to Budapest
Radisson Hotel Budapest BudaPart, located in the 11th District, was officially inaugurated on Friday, although the city’s new four-star hotel has been in operation for weeks, Világgazdaság reports.

The new facility close to the new MOL headquarters and the Kopaszi dam on the Danube, offers 198 rooms and suites and features a 24-hour fitness centre, an all-day restaurant and bars and a Skybar on the top floor.

The hotel primarily targets business travellers, with multifunctional conference rooms and an event room for up to 180 people.

This is consistent with the goal set by state tourism agency MTÜ of increasing conference tourism two-fold by 2030, Világgazdaság observes.

Radisson Hotel Budapest BudaPart fits perfectly the “15 minutes concept”, where all the daily needs and activities of people are accessible within a 15-minute walk, said Ákos Kiss, CEO in charge of construction of property developer Market.

The hotel also fits the wider BudaPart project, an office and residential development scheme at Kopaszi dam, a narrow peninsula between the Danube and a protected bay.
