Cargo Flies High At Budapest Airport

The volume of air cargo has surpassed all previous levels at Liszt Ferenc International Airport: in October this year the monthly volume of cargo exceeded 13 000 tons.

Unions are pushing for a 13-15% minimum wage rise next year, while employers are recommending a 5% increase, Finance Minister Mihály Varga said on public television after a meeting of the VKF, a broad forum of representatives from the private sector and the government responsible for wage talks.
