The development project implemented through the upgrade of metro M3 is not only meant for the people of Budapest, and does not only serve the interests of the people of the capital city, Minister for Regional Development and EU Funds Tibor Navracsics said on Monday as he reopened the renovated line at the Arany János utca station.
