M4, or the green line of Budapest Metro, has already experienced one or two delays, and recently Budapest Mayor István Tarlós said it may be postponed until 2016. Parliament on Friday rejected an amendment motion under which a congestion fee could be collected from drivers in Budapest. The motion was submitted by two deputy mayors who are also MPs, of whom Gábor Bagdy abstained from voting while István György voted against his own proposal. It was soundly rejected by 305 votes to 14.
