A judge has sentenced a security guard who injured a Ligetvédõ activist in June last year to 250 hours of community work, the Capital Prosecutor General’s Office said in a statement relayed to ATV on Wednesday.
Sausage Festival In Budapest, 13 - 15 October

This annual festival featuring 250 types of spiced up meat will be held at the Hungarian Railway Museum this year. As well as lots of porky specials available along several 'Sausage Streets', there will be family programs, folklore shows, 'nostalgic music programs' and dance, plus apparently presentations of enormous sausages, during this three day special Hungarian gastro event.

Construction of a new building to house the collections of Budapest’s Museum of Ethnography will start in the City Park as part of the Liget Project in the second half of this year, the project’s ministerial commissioner told parliament’s cultural committee on Wednesday.
