Invitation: RunFit In Budapest, Every Saturday
RunFit is about running different types of terrain - city, trails, and hills - incorporating a 20-minute fitness bootcamp half-way. This new initiative started on 9th of February and will continue every Saturday (except for the 30th of March)at 10am. The expat organiser, Malcolm Trussler, says it's for anyone who just wants to improve their fitness, get fit for a race, or be ready to meet any other challenging goals. "Group RunFit is enjoyable; we're using the great outdoors as our gym," added Mali.

Where does it start? Margit Sziget, Meeting in the children’s plying field behind the Sports stadium. The run will start at 10am, unless you send an SMS that you’ll be running a few minutes late!

What is the schedule? 10 minute active stretching then one lap of the Island, 20 minutes of core body workout followed by one more lap of the Island, If you wish.

How long should it take? The whole session will be around 1hr 30 min.
