Public Healthcare Employees In Hungary Receive Government Pay Rise

In September, all those employed in Hungary's national healthcare system will receive a pay rise, retroactive from the beginning of the year, the State Secretariat for Health announced on Sunday.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Human Resources, the Government will increase the salaries of 95,000 people. The statement also noted that that this would be the first overall pay rise in the healthcare sector since 2003.
