Déli Railway Station To Be Made Into A Park
The cabinet plans to demolish Déli train station and replace it with a green space, Prime Minister’s Office leader János Lázár told his weekly press conference yesterday. The development minister is to carry out a feasibility study on the future of Déli station and the expansion of Kelenföldi train station, under a resolution published yesterday in Magyar Közlöny.

The human resources minister is to prepare a feasibility study for a detailed concept for a sports and recreational urban development project, with the help of the University of Physical Education and, if necessary, state railway company MÁV.

Ft 1 billion will be provided for related tasks.
