Mayor István Tarlós promised on Tuesday that the annual Book Week event will be held on downtown Vörösmarty tér as usual. Last week’s reports that a city council committee wanted to move the event from Vörösmarty tér were based on a misunderstanding, Tarlós said.

The truely beautiful courtyard of the Vajdahunyad Castle provides a romantic background for this annual event.
