New Hungarian Honorary Consul In Venezuela

Hungarian–Venezuelan businessman István Tóth has been appointed as Hungary’s new honorary consul in Venezuela. Minister of Foreign Affairs János Martonyi appointed him after the approval of the Venezuelan authorities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced September 17, 2013.
Mr. Tóth has magnanimously offered help to Hungarian citizens visiting the region for many years. He received his consular patent in a ceremony September 17, 2013. The consular district of the newly appointed Honorary Consul covers Merida, Tachira and Zulia provinces with the seat in San Cristobal.
