Refugee Camps Planned In Körmend, Near Austria Border
The cabinet plans to build a temporary refugee camp in Körmend, near the Austrian border, Immigration Office staff revealed yesterday as they spoke about the plans at a special meeting of the local council.

Another refugee camp will probably be established in nearby Szentgotthárd.

Körmend mayor István Beves said the refugee camp is needed because Austria plans to open a provisional border checkpoint at Heiligenkreuz.

Each camp will accommodate 300-500 people.
