Property Developers To Complete Euro 1.75 Bn Of Projects In 2016-2017

Members of Hungary’s Property Developers Roundtable Association (IFK) are expected to carry out projects with a value of 1.75 billion euros this year and the next year, the professional group said. The combined space of the property developments for the two years is around 1 million sqm.
Out of the projects 41% will be office space constructions, 34% will be for residential homes, 16% for retail facilities, 8% for industrial and logistics facilities and 1% for hotel developments.
Between 2012 and 2014 members of IFK carried out only around 100 million euros of development projects annually, but there has been a steep rise since 2015.
