Hungarian football team Vác FC recently won 3-2, against Bölcskei SE, to the delight of expat owner and chairman Mr. John P. Marshall (pictured on left, with previous British Ambassador to Hungary Mr Jonathon Knott). Three men who held up the flag of Hungary’s wartime fascist Arrow-Cross party were yesterday banned from all Hungarian professional football matches for periods of two to four years by the Capital Court. The incident occurred after the FTC-Újpest first-division game at the Puskás Ferenc Stadium on September 22, 2013 in the presence of nearly 1,000 fans and police.
