The primary goal of the program of improvement was the introduction of quality Hungarian products that can be found and bought there. In the Avenue of Hungaricums you can also see the world famous scientific invention of Gabor Domokos and Peter Varkonyi, the Gömböc (Gomboc).

A hunting shop in Hungary has bought thousands of rocket-propelled weapons from the Hungarian armed forces, the opposition PM party’s spokesman said. Bence Tordai cited defence ministry contracts showing that in 2013 and 2014 the company bought 1,357 air launched rockets, 83 nose guns and 52 airborne rockets from the Hungarian army for 7.5 million forints (EUR 24,000).

Imports accounted for almost one-third of Hungary’s electricity consumption in January-September, according to data released by transmission system operator Mavir. Imports of electricity amounted to 10.6 TW or 32.7% of Hungary’s total consumption of 32.4 TW during the period.
