Hungary’s Constitutional Court has rejected a request to annul some parts of legislation on retail loan contracts. The Metropolitan Appeals Court had submitted the request in connection with court cases involving four banks. Hungary’s supreme court has ruled that a section of the 2013 municipal decree restricting the use of public spaces by the homeless is in breach of the law.
