The list of banned psychoactive drugs has been expanded with a 13 new items. Electronic cigarettes were grouped under ordinary cigarette regulations. As a result only licensed tobacco shops, the so-called kiosks, may sell them in the future. The law on air traffic was also modified authorising the police to levy fines for the illegal use of drones.

According to orientpress.hu, the team of NetPincér is testing a drone food delivery system based on the example of Singapore. If the aerial couriers get brought into real action, then the delivery time could be reduced from the current 1 hour to 30 minutes. In a few years’ time the sight of drones flying in the air at 100-150 metres can become as natural as the sight of cars on the streets.

Hungary’s National Transport Authority (NKH) has so far issued more than 100 licences for the commercial use of unmanned aerial vehicles, business daily Világgazdaság said. The licences cost 19,000 forints (EUR 61) apiece, while a one-time permit for the use of air space is 3,000 forints.
