The last time was only a few days ago, when it was discovered that the readers of an English-language internet site, Daily Dot, considered Makovecz’s Catholic church in Paks the most “evil-looking church” anywhere.

The Liberal Party filed a report to prosecutors on Tuesday alleging that construction of a balcony on the Carmelite convent designated to be Viktor Orbán’s new office is in violation of cultural protection rules. Liberal national council president Viktor Szabadai noted that, as the Buda Castle district is a World Heritage site, any modifications must be approved by Unesco.
