The 33rd Valley of Arts festival in western Hungary will feature a record number of events, almost 3,000 in all, between July 19 and 28. Also, several museums will be represented at this year’s festival with a greater focus on contemporary art, she said.

Hungary’s parliament has approved the culture and innovation ministry’s (KIM) initiative declaring 2025 a memorial year celebrating 19th century writer and MP Mór Jókai and 20th century lawyer, MP and public education minister, Kunó Klebelsberg, KIM said.
