'Arany Bus', A Roving Exhibition Launched

The Arany Bus, a roving exhibition on 19th-century poet János Arany, was re-launched in Budapest on Monday. Director Gergely Prõhle of the Petõfi Literary Museum stressed that the bus will visit the smallest villages in the next year, including remote Hungarian-inhabited areas of the Carpathian Basin.

Hungary’s first Jewish Cultural Days festival is set to take place from May 28 to June 14, in Budapest and other large towns such as Sopron, Debrecen and Zalaegerszeg. The festival will feature a range of classical and light music concerts, theatrical and literary events, films and dance shows, with noted artists performing.
