Sour-cherry is in focus at this year's festival, and so pálinkas and other local delicacies made of this fine Hungarian fruit will play a starring role between May 16 - 19. Once again held in downtown Szabadsag square, with over 400 spirits available for tasting from 25 exhibitors. I really love it when the name of a pub fits so nicely into the title of an article. So, yes, De Place is the newest addition to the continually resurgent Dohany utca, at number 39, just a couple of blocks from the New York Palace.
